Has access to the map on the app moved or disappeared entirely? I’m on a Samsung A56. Android, with the up to date app version

I know that. I also know contacting support takes patience I dont have atm. Just wondered if anyone else has the same issue.
A few people have reported issues with the map disappearing/inaccessible in the app. No resolution reported that I’m aware of
I use the app on iPhone & have not seen that particular issue.
I will say that I’ve seen some improvements in the new map control over the last few days. It’s still not “there” yet in terms of being useful for narrowing/saving geographical searches, but it’s no longer completely unusable at the moment. Fingers crossed it will get there.
Yep the Map is useless at the moment.

I thought i’d share this post as it may answer your question.

There’s some work underway that will offer the whole-world map view with more reliable groupings of sits, with an updated design. This is still a few weeks away, I’ll share more about this as soon as I’m able to.
In the meantime, if you search for a destination, you’ll be able to zoom out to view any areas you’re interested in."
