My App is not functioning

Has anyone had problems with their Trusted House Sitters app? In the last couple days it is not opening up my messages and it won’t open up for trying to find a sit. The only thing I can see on my app is my upcoming sits. Does anybody know what I can do? Thank you! I’m not

Yes, it’s happened to me a couple of times in the last 2 weeks. I find uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it seems to fix the problem.

@Maria-LOVES-Animals, we encourage that you troubleshoot

  • check your account works on THS website (i.e. is your THS account ok?)
  • check that OS on your app device is up to date
  • check that THS app (and others?) on your device is up to date
  • sign-out of THS app, close app, sign-in to THS app
  • delete THS app; restrart device; reinstall THS app

I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the app. Did you try following the advice from @GotYourBack and @Cljk and if so, did it work?
