I searched did not see an answer to this question on the forum. I have noticed that several sitters talk about many sits they have done in their profile but then they might only have one review which is a very positive review. I dont see any reviews for the other sits they were on. Review Request ignored

Sometimes petowners are a bit overwhelmed when coming back from a trip (catch up on bills, mountains of laundry etc.) and just haven’t had time to do the review. I think, unless you got some strange vibes from them, it’s perfectly fine to contact them and ask for a review. Mention how important it is to have good reviews as a sitter, and that if there were any problems you’d love to know about them so that you can avoid the issue on any future sits. I am on my 28th pet sit and am booked until Nov. so I am not a newbie. The only review that took awhile was from someone who had family in the Ukraine when the war broke. My only ask of home owners is to leave a clean home and a review. As a homeowner, I make it a priority to write reviews within a couple of days of the pet sit. Question for Sitters- I pride myself on being a great sitter, doing not only what is asked but leaving everything in tip-top condition. I have asked the owner repeatedly (nicely) of a recent sit for a review to no avail. (I have not given them one and won’t until they go first, which is my standard procedure.) It was a great sit!
