We wanted to provide an update on what’s happening with the Android notification issue/being able to turn them on in the notifications setting.
The great news from the team looking into this is that it’s not affecting every Android user, however, that does not diminish the fact that some of you are still not receiving notifications. This is something that the team understands is important and is continuing to work on and address.
I’m sorry that we don’t yet have any more information but thank you for your patience and understanding. We will update you as soon as we know more.
