What are you watching?

Yes I loved Slow Horses, and watched it twice as it’s so complex.
We just watched a documentary/drama, about a pathologist asking should I marry a murderer? Despite the clickbait title it’s a fascinating true story.
I also loved Victim, but hubby didn’t. Episode 4 is about restorative justice which was part of my career until I retired.

We are also enjoying rewatching Elementary and Person of Interest.

I sure can spot a winner, well ok 2nd and 4th

If you’re watching Amandaland, have you also seen it’s precursor, Motherland?

I saw The Sheep Detectives at the cinema :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: last week

I’m settled in for Le Crunch, the final match in this year’s women’s 6 Nations rugby tournament. England are on a run of 37 matches without losing and both teams are undefeated in this year’s tournament.

I recently watched this too and absolutely loved it! :slightly_smiling_face:

Binged on that the other day while it was raining cats & dogs.

Enjoyed it.

It took 3 episodes for me to recall what I saw the main legend in prior to this series. He was the detective, in Cormoran Strike another good drama.

.

In Germany they describe it as raining long pieces of string….

I am currently watching Clarkson’s Farm Season 5 on Prime Video. :tractor:

Springwatch - love it!

‘The Mother of all Cons’ ..on BBC iPlayer…True Crime Documentary…which is quite shocking!

It was excellent, I watched all 3 episodes on the same evening.

I am currently watching Cape Fear, the tv series on Apple TV starring Javier Bardem who plays Max Cady, Patrick Wilson who plays Tom Bowden and Amy Adams who plays Anna Bowden.

The series is based on the 1957 novel, The Executioners and there were two previous film adaptations, the first in 1962 starring Gregory Peck and Robert Mitchum, and the 1991 version starring Nick Nolte and Robert De Niro. Both are superb films and I am hoping this tv series will also be just as good!

Yes, watching that now. Really funny

Did you see the white storks at Knepp Estate on Springwatch?

We did a THS sit in the same village, and a group of storks spent every day in the fields on our hosts’ land. We saw them regularly while walking the dogs – such a lovely unique experience.

What a privilege - I would love to see storks in the wild.

We did a sit just up the road from Knepp in Southwater. We visited Knepp and were lucky enough to be in the bird hide by the lake when about 30 storks took off to fly across the lake. Amazing to see as I hadn’t seen storks in the wild since I lived in Germany for a few years as a young child.

It must have been amazing to see them on your daily dog walks.

Near Karyos’ home town in Greece, there are a lot of storks and they build their nests on the top of electricity pylons which line the road - it’s quite an amazing thing to see!

I’ve met Jim Caviezel from Person of Interest. He is just like his character on the show.
