Sorry, but this is after almost one year going back and forwards, a very unsatisfactory way to reply, customer service’s don’t reply anymore after a first contact. I had it several time’s. And you have only one answer: contact member service’s. So how to just get an answer? A very unhappy customer!!!
@Lieve , this may be obvious and you may have already done this, but have you deleted and reinstalled the app lately?
If this doesn’t fix the problem and you write to Membership Services, be sure to include all details, including the model of your phone, the operating system and if the problem is just with the app or also when accessing the THS website on your mobile phone.
