Has anyone had a "Missing" Review

Last Saturday, 5th June, I received a review from a sitting which I finished on the 4th June. Then I realised that the number of reviews was exactly the same number before I received this latest review. Having then looked at my dashboard I noticed that my previous review from September 2020 had disappeared. I know without any doubt that I received this review as I recall some of the comments in that I had followed Covid guidelines etc. It is missing from both Website and App Has this happened…

Disappearing reviews

Has anyone else lost some reviews on their profile? Two of our most recent ones have suddenly vanished. Have reported to support. Just wondered if it was a thread? They’ve gone from the app but can be seen on the website.

Please can you take a screenshot of your App dashboard (your upcoming sits should display there) and send it to support@trustedhousesitters.com so they can look into this for you.

Okay … I would take screenshots of everything that you can see on the App, and send this to support as well as your phone details, so they can investigate this on their side.

Hi @MarieHuggins I’m assuming you have already tried but have you tried logging out of the app and then back in again for your dashboard to show? I had an issue with my dashboard, I logged out and back in again and it re-set it. Just thought it’s worth a try.

I’m not sure which of the two threads on this topic is more active or “useful” so I am posting here also:

I have 37 reviews on the website version of THS but I just noticed there are only 20 on the phone app version. Why have 17 reviews disappeared? It looks like 17 reviews since 3 Oct 2022 have gone missing on the app. Why is this?

Should I be emailing THS about this?

Hey everyone, Just to let you know we’re aware that some members are experiencing disappearing reviews, we’re currently investigating and will let everyone know once it’s fixed. However it is likely this is only occurring when a sitter views their own reviews in their account, as so far we have seen no evidence to suggest a pet parents view is impacted. We will keep you all updated slightly_smiling_face
