Mistaken review score

@Gornalian it Seems to happen a lot - THS have been saying it’s user error but the code doesn’t work on all applications, so some people can’t even see any stars !!

Finally I slid my cursor over every bit of blank white in the box and stars appeared. However this is coded doesn’t work for my new Macbook Air and Chrome. No sign of what was going on at all.

the whole thing is hardly visible due to the mismatched font color. Then, it’s not very intuitive. But worst of all, a slight hover over the stars can trigger an unintended rating, which—full catastrophe—gets submitted and then … HELP … there is no way to edit it.

Accidently hitting the 1* by owners has become quite a common error as the default is set for 1*. This happened to me recently. The owner had tried to change it but could not.

We received five stars in all the 5 categories BUT at the top by the pet sits name it has 1/5 stars.

@Jenny can you ask the tech team to look into issue this again - it is happening way to often for it to be simply user error and as @Lauraa reported on the forum the stars aren’t visible at all on some applications ( MacBook Air and Chrome )
