Thanks, @DavidTHS.
I heard about THS years ago, but just joined this year. I’ve done nine sits since March. That’s all I’ll do this year, out of choice.
I could sit a lot, because I telecommute and have a lot of control over my schedule. But how much I actually do depends on my mood. I don’t book far ahead.
Lovely photo @DavidTHS and exciting times ahead!

Colonial Williamsburg, in the U.S. state of Virginia. We were just there.
Highly recommend visiting the historic triangle, which includes Jamestown and Yorktown. The region is where the British first colonized America.
The sights are amazing if you enjoy history and beautiful grounds. Colonial Williamsburg has hundreds of houses from that time and streets are laid out so you can experience life back in the day. The guides and re-enactors know their history well and answer all sorts of questions.
Fall colors on the way there go for hundreds of miles. And at Christmas, they decorate the sights, so it’s picturesque.

Love Fall. It is my favorite, and also my dog’s. He likes to chase the leaves

The last of fall foliage, in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. We visited the town and battlefield, the site of the turning point in the U.S. Civil War. It was the 160th anniversary of President Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address.

Among the fading fall colors in the state of Maryland, on the U.S. East Coast.
This path led to the coast, where we saw a couple of deer along the way:
Along another part of the coast, we saw these plump grasses, which were eight or nine feet tall, growing next to a beach:

From when we lived in the Portland area a few years ago, the state of Oregon, in the U.S. Pacific Northwest. This photo collage resurfaced as a Facebook memory.
